Which is the best VPN in the Czech Republic?

Have you ever been to the Czech Republic? The nation is built around the capital Prague, but even though most tourists only visit Prague, there are several other cities and destinations in the nation worth visiting. One of my personal favorites is the picturesque city of Cesky Krumlov, a city located nearly three hours with car from Prague. This is a completely different experience compared to the rest of the Czech Republic, and the city has an awesome atmosphere and you should absolutely not forget your camera at home as you visit this city.

But again, if you only have a couple of days in the Czech Republic, you probably shouldn't spend one full day visiting Cesky Krumlov. There are so many places worth visiting in Prague and so many recommended activities, that you will have more than enough trying to cover these during your days in the Czech capital. I have been to Prague several times myself, and some of my favorite activities are the many river cruises in Prague with food, and also a delightful beer dinner serving the strongest beer produced in Prague.

But, if you have been to Prague before and just return for fun, then it is absolutely worth considering doing a day-trip to Cesky Krumlov from Prague as it is a stunning experience that you will remember for a very long time.  Before continuing, let me also tell you that there are other interesting places in the Czech Republic as well besides Prague and Cesky Krumlov.

Brno might not show up in all travel guides, but it is a fantastic little city worth visiting for 5-6 hours to enjoy the atmosphere of the place, eat some pancakes, taste some Czech beer, and to check the local markets and walk around in the city's old town.

But, let us return to topic - which is the best VPN in the Czech Republic?

You might not know this, but there are not really any serious and big Czech VPN providers. What do I mean by that? There are lots of VPN providers with servers in the Czech Republic, but they are not actually situated and seated in the Czech Republic. For example, NordVPN is a great VPN provider with good speeds on their Czech servers, but they are actually seated in Panama.

ExpressVPN is another good VPN provider with high speed servers in the Czech Republic, but they have their main offices in the British Virgin Islands. In other words, the VPN providers might have servers in the Czech Republic, but they aren't actually located with their staff and support crew in the nation. But, who cares about that as long as you will be able to surf with a Czech IP address securely, encrypted, and thus also able to bypass geo-blocks used by TV channels such as CTV and other Czech channels.

So, which VPN provider should you use to get a Czech IP address?

I recently did a quite big speed test to check some of the VPN providers that are good and among the best in general. During this speed test, I ended up finding out that Cyberghost VPN and NordVPN had the best download speeds in the Czech Republic. These are both very good VPN providers with VPN servers in lots of nations all across the world, and even more important, their VPN applications are really nice to look at and easy to use. As a consequence, even your grandmother should be able to use these applications to get a local IP address in the Czech Republic and to surf with a Czech IP address and bypass geo-blocks and even more.

Even more, it is very nice to know that you can use a VPN subscription to either Cyberghost VPN and NordVPN to stream content on TV stations and streaming sites all across the world. NordVPN might be the best VPN provider on the market if your goal is to stream Netflix content in other nations online, but it might be nice to know that Cyberghost VPN will also give you access to a couple of other Netflix regions.

If you are a Swede in love with your local TV stations, you can also use NordVPN and Cybgerghost VPN to watch SVTPlay outside Sweden, or if you come from England and want to watch BBC abroad during your holiday, NordVPN and Cyberghost VPN will help you watch your favorite British TV channels abroad (including BBC, ITV, and Channel 4).

I guess you should be ready to get a Czech IP address now

If you have followed the instructions in this article you should be ready to surf with a Czech IP address right now using either Cyberghost VPN or NordVPN.
